About House Cleaning
A clean house is nice to live in and come home to. It also plays a vital role in maintaining hygiene and aesthetic appeal of your house. When it comes to cleaning your house, you will need a checklist so that you won’t miss out something important. A checklist will also make your work easy and systematic. Your house cleaning checklist should be subdivided into daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning.
Daily Cleaning:
- Washing the dishes every after meal.
- Mopping the floor.
- Sanitizing the toilet and bath room.
- Doing the laundry specially underwear, gym wear, uniform and kid’s play clothes.
- Tidy up as you go to avoid clutter from building up.
- Take the garbage out every night.
Weekly Cleaning:
- Doing the bulk of the laundry.
- Vacuuming the carpets/rugs/ floor/ sofa/ under the beds and wardrobes.
- Dusting the entire house.
- Window cleaning.
- Clean the fridge.
- Rotate the indoor plants.
Monthly Cleaning:
- Lamp cleaning like the chandeliers and ceiling fixtures.
- Clean the chimney hood filters and the air-conditioning filters.
- Change the curtains and draperies.
- Take the stuffed toys to the cleaners or do it yourself.
- Check all the batteries of the security and fire alarms. Don’t forget the surveillance cameras if you have.
Seasonal Cleaning:
- Spring cleaning comes in this category.
- Get rid of all things that you don’t need and use any more.
