To maximize space and make the bathroom look larger, sliding doors is recommended. Hooks can be attached to hand towels and bath robes. Recessed lighting can be installed above the wall-mounted cabinet to add to the ambiance of the bathroom and task lights under it. Installing a bathtub on a small bathroom is a no-no because bathtubs eats up much needed space and so, a shower is much suggested.

To create an impression of a larger space, using mirrors is first on the list. You can use mirrors as cabinet doors or you can install it on the wall. Decorative mirrors also add a nice touch. Using light or pastel paint on the walls together with appropriate lighting will make the bathroom feel spacious. Avoid cluttering the bathroom with unnecessary things and keep decors to a minimum yet tasteful.
